4.0 has too many buggy faults and the program cras...

good viewer for graphics but does not like to start as fast as 3.0, crashes often and alsotakes longwer to start up than 32 bit version

Incredibly easy to use

It looks complicated at first glance, but it is incredibly easy to use. Think of a more advanced paint, but where you cannot draw things but view, and create multi-format output. I have a webcam and easily created professional looking slideshows of things that i took pictures of.
