VERY POOR SUPPORT

VERY POOR SUPPORT ON LINE, EVEN IF YOU BOUGHT THE PROGRAM AND YOU ARE A VIP FOR THEM. NO SOLUTIONS TO PROBLEMS, NO ANSWERS AND IF YOU GET ONE, IT DOESN´T HELP AND THEN NO HELP MORE. THEY DOEN´T HAVE A TELEPHONE NUMBER WHERE ONE CAN CALL FOR SUPPORT ONLY BY E-MAIL AND THEY DON´T ANSWER BACK. THAT´S THE WORST AND MORE IMPORTANT PART OF A SOFTWARE THAT YOU BUY. SERVICE SERVICE, EVEN IF THE PROGRAM HAVE A LOT OF QUALITIES WHEN SERVICE IS NOT GOOD, LITTLE BY LITTLE YOU START DON´T LIKING IS AS MUCH AS YOU DID BEFORE. I RECOMMEND THE PRODUCT BECAUSE MY FRIENDS LIKES VERY MUCH MY E-MAILS BUT I TELL THEM THE TRUTH THAT SUPPORT IS VERY VERY BAD AND THEY HAVE TO THINK TWICE IF THEY WANT TO PAY FOR IT.

It was heck removeing this from my Windows 2000 sy...

I kept trying to un-install, but it kept saying something was wrong with the un-install file.This was sometime ago when I had it. I was forced to clean my hard drive and re-install a fresh copy of windows to get it off my computer. I highly DO NOT recommend this program to others.

In combatible with leadind e-mail programs

One set back is: One cannot Export massages in your Incrediblemail to other programssuch as Outlook Express or Microsoft outlook orother leeding programs. Thanks Dr.M. A. Ibrahim

Alternative e-Mail client

Incredimail has got to be one of the better e-mail clients for home users, and those who like to put an extra touch to there e-mails. This application is full of great stationary, animated icons, and so much more. On the downside, i used Incredimail for months, but got the shock of my life when i tried to export all my e-mail from Incredimail to Outlook 2002...you simply cannot! If you are like me and keep most of your e-mail, i would stay away from Incredimail until they add a feature for you to export your e-mail to Outlook. I loved it at first, but prefer using Outlook.

i think its great i dont have to go into a site to...

i like it because it has alot of different backgrounds to choose from and i like that plus i adore the notifiers that lets you know you got mail.
