Recover My Files will recover deleted files lost in an accidental or deliberate file deletion, the accidental format of a hard drive, virus or worm infection, unexpected system shutdown or crash, and software failure. It has full options to search Windows temporary folders and can even locate and recover files that have never been saved! Recover My Files requires no special technical skill. It is compatible with Windows XP and works with FAT 12, FAT 16, FAT 32 and NTFS file-systems. Recover deleted files from Jaz, Zip disk, other removable storage media and digital camera media. It will unerase, undelete and recover deleted files with ease. .

The file cannot be run because it has a bug in it!   Rating
As soon as you try to run the file a comment comes up stating that the file cannot be run because of a bad sector or virus infection. As I know neither is true it can only be ascribed to a bug in the program.
