CAREFUL!! Impossible to uninstall!

I added Speedbit Video Accelerator, as part of what I thought necessary, in order to view certain guitar blues lessons from Zack. I have written the company several times to ask why I couldn''t uninstall their product, after I found out that it was collecting all personal information that I was putting out over the net. first they told me to simply uninstall from my control panel, or even go to their icon and select the uninstall option there. The responses I got from speedbit were all very unacceptable! In the final analysis, they just wanted to know what security system I was running that told me about speedbit being a malicious spyware program. That was one that I refused to answer. If my system of security is picking it up for what it is, why would I tell them so that they could then just override it too? This is not something that you want running in the background of your computer.... TRUST ME!

Video accelerator gets annoying!

Yes i agree with the previous post posted by eily, i have the exact same problems, firefox has more fame then any other browser and is also used more than others, how can a program like this not support the worlds most used browser! That is plain stupid of speedbit not to take that into considiration.

There something wrong with speedbit!

I installed this program and it was working fine but after a day it all went wrong. I couldn''t open my Yahoo Messenger and it can only be accessed if you delete speedbit. i hope they fix this because i really like this program but that mistake or whatever you call it must and should be fixed immediately i hope they fix this in the the newer version of the program.

unstalling speedbit video accelerator

there is no unstall option to get rid of this junk program..... install log cannot be found. You tube videos still freeze up with this program and even more often, it is junk....... do not install from the option of download accelerator plus...... WARNING........

Does what it says....sometimes

When I first started using this, it worked fine, that was, until the latest update of the software, now it frequently fails the connectivity test, and the only way I can get it to work properly when this happens is to reinstall it...again. Another problem of course that while it was compatible with older versions of Firefox, it''s not compatible with version 3, why not?! This software is obviously very buggy right now.

ruins my computer every time

I''ve try downloading this multiple times to a few different computers. Every single time I do the video accelerator works fine for a little while as does my computer. Then it freezes my computer. Every time I try turning it on as soon as it gets to the main screen it freezes.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS RUBBISH PROGRAM!

Don''t download this accelerator, version 3.0 because it will block for good your yahoomessenger, you won''t be able to open it. Instead of this download the older version, 2.0.

Kinda not good

It shows that its buffered successfully, but it stops in the middle of the YouTube video. But nice program. If anyone knows the problem pls tell me thru here

Not all browsers

It says in the help that it works with ALL browsers, but it doesn''t work with chrome.

SVA kills my internet connection on Vista Home Pre...

In spite of the warnings here, I tried to install SVA on my Vista laptop, but the moment it is installed, it does something that totally closes my internet connection and I found no way to get the connection working except by uninstalling SVA (I don''t mean firewall problems with SVA, I mean the whole internet connection stops working).
